Persona 4 Golden On PC Has Reached 500,000 Players

Persona 4 Golden has escaped the PS Vita and launched on PC. And it looks like it’s doing great, sales-wise.

Atlus has shared on Twitter that Persona 4 Golden has reached 500,000 players. To commemorate that, character designer Shigenori Soejima shared a new sketch art featuring the protagonist, Nanako and Teddie.

Persona 4 Golden first released on PS Vita in 2012, which is an enhanced version of the original JRPG Persona 4 first released in 2008.

Sega, which Atlus is a part of, has been releasing PC ports of its Japanese-made games as of late, most notably the Yakuza series which is getting a resurgence. The Persona 4 Golden port is the first for the Persona series, and is done in-house by Atlus.
