PUBG is continuing efforts to address its cheating issues prevalent within the game. It’s such a huge issue that over 1 million accounts have been banned from playing the game after being caught cheating.
The stats comes from BattlEye, the anti-cheat solution provider being used for PUBG.
We have banned over 1,044,000 PUBG cheaters in January alone, unfortunately things continue to escalate.

Yes, that’s over 1 million accounts in just one month.
It’s the price to pay for being the most popular game on Steam right now, and thankfully the developers have outlined a few changes to keep cheaters out of the game and ruining the experience for everyone.
This only applies to the PC version. The Xbox One version on the other hand, have other priorities to be addressed, like a decent framerate.
