November 2018’s Free PS Plus Games For Asia Continues To Be Different

Here’s a good rule of thumb. If you’re a PS Plus subscriber in Asia, don’t look at the US and EU offerings and get hyped immediately. Because you never know when the offer in Asia will not match up to the rest of the world.

Following last month’s different offering, the November 2018 continues to follow the trend. But the pill is harder to swallow considering how solid the offering is in the rest of the world.

Initially leaked, PS Plus subscribers are treated to Yakuza Kiwami, the great Japanese game about good moral values, karaoke, slot car racing and occasional beatdowns. Not only that, they are also gettin Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition, a remaster of a previous-gen FPS that’s all about doing trick shots and shooting in style, from the makers of Painkiller.

For Asia however, it’s an entirely different set of headliners. We are getting Beyond: Two Souls, Quantic Dream’s previous PS-exclusive game, remastered for the PS4. The other game being The Metronomicon: Slay the Dance Floor, an indie RPG/rhythm game hybrid. Burly Men At Sea, another interesting indie title available on both PS4 and PS Vita, rounds off the list.

The other games offered are all for the PS3:

  • Arkedo Series: 01 – JUMP!
  • Arkedo Series: 02 – SWAP!
  • Arkedo Series: 03 – PIXEL!

These games can now be claimed and downloaded for active PS Plus subscribers.
