New Zowie Gaming Mice Arrives In Malaysia, Perfect For CS:GO Players

EC1-B CS:GO

Zowie, the gaming arm of BenQ, may be more familiar as providing high refresh rates monitors, but they also make gaming mice. The new esports-ready EC-B gaming mice are now available in Malaysia.

The EC-B comes in two variants, the EC1-B and EC2-B with the main differences being size. EC1-B mouse is for larger hands. Both EC-Bs are designed for right-hand use.

It is also equipped with the Pixart 3360 sensor, the current high-end gaming sensor, multiple DPI switches (as it should) with indicator lights, and also a USB report rate switch to change polling rate to four different presets, which should help cut down input lag.

In addition, Zowie has partnered with Valve by making CS:GO editions of both mice, sporting the counter-terrorists logo in gold instead of the red Zowie logo in standard versions. There is also a new gaming mousepad, the G-SR SE, which is 480 x 400 mm in size and 3.5mm in thickness.

The price for the Zowie EC-B mice starts at RM419 with the G-SR SE mousepad at RM189. If you are scratching your head at why are these priced as high, it’s totally not for you. Most of the feature set on the mice and mousepad are geared for esports and competitive gamers, especially in FPS games like CS:GO where having total control of your aim is key to victory, and every little advantage counts.

Supposedly, these products should be available on BenQ’s official Lazada page, but last we checked it was nowhere to be seen there. We will check back and see should it be available.
