Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood, the action-RPG based on the World Of Darkness IP, gets a new trailer for gamescom 2020. And it shows the reason of why our protagonist Cahal is angry at a corporation. Something most of us can relate.
Cahal has some personal reasons why. Not only is Endron, the petroleum subsidiary of mega corporation Pentex, is exploiting the environment (something the Werewolves are against as a virtue) and disturbing mother nature, they’re also endangering the people he loves.
The trailer, not indicative of gameplay, shows it a Cahal getting angry, and that rage gives him the motivation to turn werewolf and fight off a guard in a giant exoskeleton mech. Fighting a corporation to save the environment has never been this metal.
Not explicitly shown in the trailer are the names of the people Cahal cared for in the Fianna tribe, of which he is from. He has a wife named Ludmila, a daughter named Aedana and two best friends, Rodko and Ava.
Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood will be out on February 4, 2021 for the PS4, PS5, PC (Epic Games Store), Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
