The third location coming to Hitman 3 following Dubai and Dartmoor, England is the neon-drenched city of Chongqing, China.
The third location is revealed alongside a tech showcase of IO Interactive’s in-house engine, Glacier Engine. New lighting and reflections plus water effects like water-soaked clothing are new to Hitman 3. Plus, existing animations are now tighten, and there will be 300 active AIs in each location.
Hitman 3 on PS5, Xbox Series and high-end PCs can run up to 4K 60fps with HDR support. Should you have Hitman 1 (2016) and Hitman 2, those locations can be played on Hitman 3, and will also benefit from all the graphical and gameplay improvements seen on Hitman 3.
Hitman 3 releases on January 20, 2021 for the PS4, PS5, PC (Epic Games Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Stadia.
