Monster Hunter: World’s PC release have always been a bit later than its console counterparts. From the initial release, to updates, the PC version will get them a few month later. Same goes to the first and only expansion for the game: the upcoming Iceborne.
The good news is, however, that we now have a release window on when to expect the PC version coming in. In a new tweet, it is revealed that it will be out on Steam sometime in January 2020.

That’s a 4-month wait for PC hunters as their console counterparts will be experiencing the new ice biome, and the plethora of new and returning monsters, first. But rest assured that Capcom is not forgetting the PC folks, it just takes a bit more time.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne expansion will be released first on PS4 and Xbox One on September 5th.
