Lenovo Announces New Line Of Laptops And PC With Lifetime Microsoft Office Included
Yesterday, Lenovo Malaysia have showcase the latest lineup for their IdeaPad laptops and IdeaCentre PC, which brings in new updates for their range.
Starting off with the IdeaCentre AIO A340, it’s a modular AIO with a unique design that’s different than the competition. It also includes a 8th Gen Intel i5 CPU, a 23.8 inch screen and DDR4 RAM that can be upgraded to up till 16GB with a choice of storage between a 512 GB SSD or a 2TB HDD.
Next we have the IdeaPad C340, Lenovo’s flagship convertible laptop that can be converted to a tablet with a flip of the screen. This edition includes a better battery life and RapidCharge technology which can charge quickly within an hour. New to all of the laptops is a new Privacy Shutter which users can physical close when not in use.
The IdeaPad S340 and S540 are two laptops with similar specs but different in design. Both have an new slimmer design, Dolby Audio Speakers and are powered by NVIDIA’s Geforce MX 250 but on the CPU side, the S340 uses a 8th Gen i7 while S540 has Intel’s 8th i5, making it more powerful than it’s sibling, along with more memory space (8GBs compared to S340’s 4GBs).
Not included during the event was the Ideapad L340, which includes a GTX 1050 and Up to 16GBs of RAM available on tap. It also include Privacy Shutter and RapidCharge technology so this is the one for you if you want a cheap but powerful alternative.
All of this new systems will a include a lifetime access to the full version of Microsoft Office as both Lenovo and Microsoft have formed a partnership to have the software pre-install in them. A good deal, I reckon.
