How could a developer handle three different live games? By having three different teams of course. But now Hi-Rez is splitting off its development teams of its three main games into different entities.
Third-person MOBA Smite is now under Titan Forge Games, hero-shooter Paladins is handled by Evil Mojo Games and Realm Royale, which started off as a Battle Royale mode for Paladins before it became its own thing, is developed by Heroic Leap Games.
We’re excited to announce Titan Forge Games! Titan Forge is the largest (and growing) Hi-Rez studio dedicated to bringing the SMITE Universe to the next level. Thank you to our passionate @SMITEGame community and a warm welcome to new fans. https://t.co/UvkM9d1WuR pic.twitter.com/4qMogGcEB5

“The establishment of Titan Forge, Heroic Leap, and Evil Mojo as standalone studios enables each of our development teams to fulfill their maximum potential and stay hyper focused on serving their individual player communities,” said General Manager Chris Larson.
This also shows that Hi-Rez, now as publisher, is committed to support all the three main games they have right now. Each of these games run on the free-to-play model with 70 million players for all three games.
In addition, Hi-Rez has also formed Skillshot Media to handle esports and Alarcrity Arthouse for art and graphics creation.
