Here’s April 2018’s Mad Selection Of Free Games For PS Plus Subscribers

April 2018’s selection of free games for active PS Plus subscribers in Asia has been announced and it’s a crazy one. Three PS4 games are given out, two of them are exclusive to Asia.

First off is Mad Max, from Avalanche Studios, the makers of Just Cause. Mad Max is an open world action game based of the Road Warrior loosely based of the Mad Max Fury Road. A customisable car, car combat and some Arkham-style punching awaits.

Exclusive to Asia region is Heavy Rain. Yes, you can relive the madness that is a story of how far one should go to save their children, sprinkled with over-the-top action scenes that may or may not make sense. Playstation Asia is betting on this game to help drive interest to Quantic Dream’s latest game Detroit: Become Human coming out next month. So you should play this first and get a feel of what to expect.

Lastly, there’s Blazblue Central Friction. Past PS Plus subscribers might have recieved a Blazblue game before- Blazblue Chrono Phantasma. Central Friction is the latest of the mainline fighting game series by Arc System Works.

Toy Home for the PS3 and Sky Force Anniversary for the PS4, PS3 and Vita (also an Asia exclusive) rounds up the deal.

This month’s offering varies differently from the US and Europe regions. But this should mean that games featured here might be out for other regions in the coming months.

The free games will be available to claim from April 5th to May 9th.
