Back in Novemeber NetherRealm Studios pulled a bombshell by announcing the new characters coming in a new wave of DLC, which included guest characters the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. All four of the heroes in a half shell are playable as their own character with some special moves acting like an assist to call the other turtles to help out.
The Turtles will have one slot in the roster and by switching the current weapon choice you will switch which turtle you control. Though for tournament mode where gear is disabled, each of the four turtles will appear as four different characters on the selection screen

The Ninja Turtles is the last character of Fighter Pack 3, with The Atom and Enchantress already released. The Turtles will be out sometime this month. More details on how the character(s) will play will be unveiled in a livestream on February 7th at 3PM CST (February 8th 5AM Malaysian time) on the developer’s Twitch page here.
