Rockstar Games has announced that they are delaying their most highly anticipated open-world Action Adventure game, Grand Theft Auto 6, has now been pushed back to November of next year.
No specific reason has been given by the developer for this delay but, they have mention that “These extra months will allow us to finish the game with the level of polish you have come to expect and deserve”, a sentiment that’s feels similar to the last time they announce a delay for Red Dead Redemption 2, way back in 2018.
Rockstar has also given thanks to the community for the patient as they keep working on the modern interpretation of Vice City. And with that, the wait continues.
Grand Theft Auto 6 is now set to launch on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series Consoles.
