Gran Turismo 7 March 2026 Update Adds Three New Cars

There was no Gran Turismo 7 February 2026 update (there was GT news in that a new Vision GT is coming), but that has meant one arrived for March 2026 rather early—mid-month instead of the usual last Thursday of the month cadence.

Update 1.68 doesn’t add much other than the three new cars, which are as always quite the selection. One is another variant of a Mazda RX-7 FD but this one is based on the early FD model, the more ubiquitous one as compared to the existing model that depicts the final model run of the sleek sports car with those pop-up headlights. Another is an old-school Chevy Camaro Z28, but a custom “resto-mod” with custom wide body and modern (read: touchscreen) instruments more in line with the special race-mod cars seen in the Power Pack paid DLC. And to complete the trio is another room-splitter of a crossover SUV, the Renault Captur.

Gran Turismo 7 March 2026 Update 1.68 New Cars

As of Update 1.68, Gran Turismo 7 now has a total of 562 cars.

  • Chevrolet Camaro 1969 Race-Mod
  • Mazda ɛ̃fini RX-7 Type R (FD) ’91
  • Renault Captur S Edition TCe 140 ’21

Other than four new race events, there’s not much content added. But there are a number of smaller additions, like more interactions at the cafe for car lore fans and engine swaps. Full patch notes can be found here.

Gran Turismo 7 is out now on PS4 and PS5.
