Hoyoverse’s evergrowing free-to-play action RPG Genshin Impact is getting a content update on the first day of March, introducing new characters, new stories and the return of the Windblume Festival.
Just as Spring approaches, the city of Mondstadt is celebrating the Windblume Festival, bringing challenges, rewards and mini-games. The mini-game includes rhythm game “Ballads of Breeze”, maze chase “Floral Pursuit” and photo tour “Breezy Screenshots”. The festival is a limited-time event.
Two new characters will be added with version 3.5: Eremite Dehya (Pyro) and Mika (Cryo). Reruns of Cyno will be available in the first half of version 3.5, where Dehya will debut. The other half, joining Mika, will be reruns of Kamisayo Ayaka and Shenhe.
Dehya will be added to the Standard Wish pool after Version 3.6.
New quests in Version 3.5 includes Dehya’s Story Querst and Faruzan’s Hangout Event.
Plus, some additional tweaks to the game will be coming with this update. An extra Intertwined Fate will drop for each Archon Quest completed, for example. More content is also coming to the Genius Invokation TCG.
Genshin Impact Version 3.5 update will be available on March 1. The game is available on PS4, PS5, PC, iOS and Android with cross-play and cross-save support.
Hoyoverse is also set to launch another game, Honkai: Star Rail, later this year.
