Playground Games revealed a lot of what’s to come in the upcoming expansion for Forza Horizon 5, Rally Adventure, in its initial reveal. Except for one thing: the map.
Now, the cat’s out of the bag and we can see all the roads and terrain we’ll be tearing up in the lands of Sierra Nueva, just north of the main Mexico map.

As you can see, there are not that many intersecting roads, but plenty of really long portions of dirt and asphalt all twisty and curving around undulating terrain. Which sounds good on paper for some rally and off-road driving.
And it looks like there is one long straight line that should serve as a drag strip on the north-east side of the map.
The map in 8K resolution can be viewed here.
Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure will see players travel to a new part of Mexico for some off-road hijinks. Unlike the Hot Wheels expansion, progression will be similar to the base game so bring any car of any class, tune it for rally or off-road racing, and get driving. The current Seasonal Playlist on the Forza Horizon 5 base game currently has new but hard-to-get rally cars on offer.
The expansion will also add 10 new cars all new to Forza, including a Ford Focus rally car driven by the great Colin McRae.
A free update will be available to the base game alongside Rally Adventure to add a new radio station (Epitaph Radio, bringing in punk rock music), anti-lag turbos as a car upgrade and more.
Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure will be available on March 29 for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC (Steam, Microsoft Store).
