Farlight 84 Is An Upcoming Battle Royale Hero Shooter For PC and Mobile

The multiplayer shooter with MOBA elements- or hero shooters- is still around. Published by Singapore-based Miracle Games and developed by Lilith Games (makers of AFK Arena), Farlight 84 takes place in a bright post-apocalypse world where almost everyone has turned into “Zomborgs”. Those that don’t enters a 40-player battle royale match.

Alongside it being a battle royale, you also have a cast of characters to choose from with different skillsets and play styles. There’s also a lot of different vehicles to use- from jetpacks to bouncing boards. And in some vehicles, you can also route your energy to different systems as an added strategy layer.

Outside of combat, you can hang out in the refuge. It’s a hub to call your own, as you can upgrade and customise it to your liking, and bring friends over to hang out in between matches.

Farlight 84 looks like another battle royale in the grand scheme of things, considering that newer battle royales also have character-based powers. But unlike other big name battle royales, Farlight 84 will launch in early access on both PC and mobile (iOS, Android) from the get-go. So it can very well make its mark in the Southeast Asia region, given that mobile games and battle royales are quite popular around here.

Expect to see Farlight 84 coming in early access on PC and mobile sometime in 2021.
