505 Games and ECC Games (the folks who created Car Mechanic Simulator) has announced their Car Building plus Drifting racer, DriftCE, is heading to both PlayStation and Xbox consoles sometime soon.
The game features 12 officially licensed cars that might be popular within the car community, with the likes of the Toyota AE86, Mazda Miata and Nissan Silvia S13 being available for players to customized to their hearts content, with greater detail too, with you having to take apart and put in your aftermarket parts like in CMS, with the tally of 1900 different car parts, along with customizable liveries and so on.
The game will be emphasizing on the drifting side of the community, with it being the most simulated version to-date and features laser-scanned iconic tracks like the famous EBISU Driftland track and a mountain-side track, Mount Haruna amongst others.
All in all, DriftCE looks to be an interesting new racing game on the market. It’s set to launch This Spring for both PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
