The folks at Epic Games are at it again, as the on-going Fortnite Winterfest already added the likes of Snoop Dogg and the Christmas Fantasy Creature/ Emmy Award-winning singer, Mariah Carey to the pool of characters you can play right now
But yesterday, they announced that they will be adding two CD Projekt RED’s characters from Cyberpunk 2077 to Fortnite, of which are coming later today.
This will see both Johnny Silverhand (aka Keanu Reeves) and the female variantof the game’s protag, V, being added into the characters that you can purchase and play as, along with the Mantis Blades (that is part of the V’s design when you have it) and their charms packs, that includes the Robobug from the first act of the game and… the bag filled with Nukes from the Arasaka Tower raid from Johnny’s intermission, which is the funniest thing to add into Fortnite without context.
This also makes the 2nd time Keanu Reeves gets a skin in Fortnite, with his John Wick skin recently put back in rotation to promote their Counter-Strike-esque mode. Who knows, maybe we’ll get Shadow the Hedgehog next.
This pack is set to release sometime today as separate characters or in a full Cyberpunk bundle. Fortnite is available to play on all platform alongside mobile.
