Cooking game Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! has now left Steam Early Access, and also launched simultaneously on consoles today.
The third game where you therapeutically (or frantically) press buttons to complete many different cooking tasks has gone for a very interesting direction.
The year is 2042 and in a war-torn America, you are out there running a food truck to join the Iron Cook Foodtruck Championships, supported by your robot crew of Whisk and Cleaver. As you travelling across the country, other food trucks will try to ram or gun you down.
If you prefer the action to be less intense, there’s also Chill Mode that can be toggled anytime, as well as accessibility options for motion, flashing/strobe, audio, colourblind and more.
Developer Vertigo Games have also announced that more games from the Cook, Serve, Delicious! series are being made. But not direct sequels. So expect the series to keep branching in wild directions like this.
We’ve checked out Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! when it was still Steam Early Access here and it looked promising back in January.
Cook, Serve, Delicious! 3?! is out now on PS4 (though not on PS Store Asia), PC (Steam, GOG, Humble Store, Green Man Gaming, GamersGate, Fanatical, and Nexus), Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
