Capcom To Share More Details On Resident Evil Village, Street Fighter V And More In Upcoming TGS Livestream

Capcom has announced that they will be sharing new details for Resident Evil Village, Street Fighter V and other upcoming games in an upcoming Tokyo Game Show livestream.

Like many of the gaming tradeshows (except E3), Tokyo Game Show 2020 will be a digital event, with various publishers running livestreams for their announcements later this month.

The Capcom Special Broadcast, as part of TGS 2020, will be on the 25th at 9PM Malaysian Time (+8 GMT). We’ll get to see Resident Evil Village and other games yet to be revealed- so maybe there are some surprises here.

Capcom’s livestream as part of TGS 2020 continues on the 26th and 27th of September, from 8 to 11PM Malaysian Time .

The 26th will focus on Street Fighter V, which is getting a season 5 of new DLC characters.

The 27th will see Capcom sharing more of Resident Evil Village (Resident Evil VIIIage – there’s still running with that hidden pun from the last main entry). The eighth mainline RE title was first announced on the PS5 reveal stream, which features the previous game protagonist Ethan returns, alongside series favourite Chris Redfield.

You can catch the livestream either on Capcom’s YouTube channel, or on Twitch. The latter has simultaneous English translation for the broadcast, which will be in Japanese.
