Bandai Namco will be publishing the debut game from developer Rebel Wolves. Rebel Wolves is a new developer co-founded by The Witcher 3 game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz in 2022.
This new game by Rebel Wolves will be the first game from the Dawnwalker saga.
Bandai Namco will handle the distribution of physical and digital versions of Dawnwalker, releasing on PS5, PC (Steam) and Xbox Series X|S.
Dawnwalker will be a “dark fantasy narrative sandbox, AAA action-RPG set in medieval Europe” developed by developers which includes core team members that worked at CD Projekt Red for The Witcher 3 and its expansions. The game will be running on Unreal Engine 5 and expected to release in 2026.
Bandai Namco Europe has been signing publishing deals with other external developers. Recently, Bandai Namco released Unknown 9: Awakening, a big-budget AAA game though the developer of that game is part of Bandai Namco proper.
