Ubisoft has teamed up with Behaviour Interactive for a collab. Assassin’s Creed Shadows has added a new free quest as part of a collab with Dead By Daylight.
This new quest, which will feature Naoe uncovering a “strange presence attacking the local people in Harima” is available upon unlocking Yasuke.
The quest involves being chased around by an Oni, so it’s close enough to the asymmetrical multiplayer survival horror game.
Completing this quest earns you Dead By Daylight-themed packs including outfits, weapons, trinkets and also a horse mount, Maurice, something DBD fans would very much be well-acquainted with.
Why would Assassin’s Creed Shadows has a free collab with Dead By Daylight of all things? The game series has an odd collab with Final Fantasy XV previously, so everything is permitted when it comes to crossovers.
Assassin’s Creed Shadows is out now on PS5, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect) and Xbox Series X|S.
