Gameloft announced a new collaboration with VTuber agency hololive, running live right now in Asphalt Legends.
From October 16 to November 13, four of hololive’s VTubers Takanashi Kiara, IRyS, Kureiji Ollie and Nerissa Ravencroft will feature in Asphalt Legends as part of a new limited-time event.
The 18-stage Spotlight Event has 10 stages as a free trial. Each one of the stages serves to highlight the four talents.
Rewards for the event including new original voices from the quartet, 9 new exclusive hololive-themed emojis and 8 exclusive decals. Yeah, there are official itashas in Asphalt Legends.
Celebrating the collab, each featured VTubers will be running a special livestream on YouTube playing Asphalt Legends. Also, check out this new music video by IRyS. It’s Eurodance music, so to the target audience who follows VTubers this is racing music.

Fascinatingly, this isn’t the only hololive collaboration with a racing game, as Rindo Chihaya is also featured in the new Tokyo Xtreme Racer.
hololive has done a lot of collabs with video games. Previously, Starlight Re:Volver also has IRyS featured in the lead up the Early Access release of the game.
And of course, the biggest hololive video game collab of the year was seeing Usada Pekora featured in Death Stranding 2.
Asphalt Legends is free-to-play and available on PS4, PS5, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, Microsoft Store), Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
