AMD’s GPU Drivers And Software Suite Now Called Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition, Packed With New Improvements

Talk about a massive makeover. AMD just announced that its GPU software suite is getting an upgrade. A huge one, enough for them to put another new name. Though this is now standard practice- it’s been three years they have done such upgrades.

Previously known as the Radeon Software Crimson Relive, the Radeon Software Anrenalin Edition packs in enhancements based on all the core features included in the current Radeon Software. You now have the Radeon Overlay, which you can bring up when a game is running by pressing Alt+R to access the suite’s features such as performance monitoring or activating Radeon Relive.

Relive, the built-in video recording/streaming solution, now with chat integration for Facebook Live, Twitch, YouTube, Mixer and more.

Outside of new features, the new drivers that comes along with it promises even more performance for games like Overwatch, Prey and Project CARS 2, and reduced latency for multiplayer games like Rainbow Six Siege and PUBG. Improvements on lowering GPU power use is also promised by AMD.

If that’s not enough, you can now monitor your PC performance remotely with the AMD Link app. It also allows you to control your recording options for Relive. All you need is install the app on iOS or Android device and connect it with a QR or a 6 digit code.

The Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition is now available for download here.
