Acer Malaysia announced the Acer Nitro V 14 gaming laptop is now available in the country.
This isn’t the 2025 refresh of the Acer Nitro V 14 recently announced at CES 2025, but the 2024 model, same specs and all.
The Acer Nitro V 14 was announced back in September last year, but is only now being made available in Malaysia. This particular model is interesting as it has a “pearly white finish” for a paint job.
Better late than never, as the aesthetically-pleasing “clean” look should be up the alley of some gamers, content creators, or just regular users looking for a decently-priced gaming laptop for work, play and study. Or those who prefer not to have another black-coloured tech gadget.
Specs-wise, the Nitro V14 are now using last-gen chips (on the account of new chips from AMD and Nvidia just got announced earlier this year), but by no means outdated. It’s good enough as an entry-level gaming laptop that can play indie games and low-specced games, and maybe run the latest AAA titles on low settings.
There’s a physical MUX Switch, so you can go full throttle on using GPU power, but don’t expect to draw too much power by the measly RTX 4050.

The Acer Nitro V 14 (2024) is now available at the Acer eStore, official Acer stores on Shopee and Lazada and authorised Acer resellers nationwide. Early purchases before February 23 will include the Nitro Wireless gaming controller worth RM199 for free.
