At the September 2026 Nintendo Direct, Atlus revealed that Persona 4 Revival and the upcoming Persona 6 will be coming to Switch 2.
Initially only announced for PS5, PC and Xbox Series X|S, the two upcoming RPG from the Persona series will also be coming to Nintendo’s latest console. Though for Persona 4 Revival, the Switch 2 release will be a little behind the rest: it’s releasing in May instead of February.
Persona 4 Revival and Persona 6 on Switch 2 will also be available in physical copies.
Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Royal have already graced Switch 2, so with these two title coming, Atlus is ensuring Switch 2 players have access to all the latest rendition of each mainline Persona game from Persona 3 onward.
Persona 4 Revival will be out on February 17 2027 on PS5, PC (Steam, Microsoft Store) and Xbox Series X|S, and on May 20 for Switch 2.
Persona 6 has no release date yet but it’s coming out on PS5, PC (Steam, Microsoft Store), Xbox Series X|S and Switch 2. However, Atlus made mentioned that physical versions for Persona 6 will be available for PS5 and Switch 2 in Asia.
With PlayStation phasing out physical discs by January 2028, there’s a chance for Persona 6 to launch in 2027. Either that, or Persona 6 will launch in 2028 the earliest with the PS5 physical copy being a box with a download code, like that other big game with a number six in the title.
