After quite a successful console launch earlier in the year, the first update for the Xbox Series Consoles has arrived that includes the much talked Auto HDR Indicator, Dynamic Backgrounds and a specific badge for their games.
The latest November 30th update sees the system turning on Auto HDR immediately if the game supports it. It is one of the key features that Microsoft has talked about, and is now will show up to improve the game’s visual some more when connected to a HDR Monitor or TV.
This update also includes a new dynamic background which looks quite lovely even in 1440p. The dev team will include more backgrounds as more updates comes along.
Lastly, another much talked about feature is the “Optimized for X/S” badge for certain games, has also been implement for the ease of access. Games like Yakuza Like A Dragon and Forza Horizon 4 now has that label on, so give them the try with your new consoles to see the enhanced performance.
