As expected in the rumours we reported earlier, a slimmer version of the Xbox One is real. The slim Xbox One, called the Xbox One S, is 40% slimmer than the original Xbox One, has a built-in power brick, and includes a 2TB hard disk right off the bat at its highest configurations.
4K and ultra-HD Blur-Ray support is also coming. This is more for content consumption from movies and TV shows rather than for games though.
Here’s another picture of the new, sleeker build of the console.
The Xbox One S will be priced at USD $399, with a 1TB version at $349 and a 500GB version for $299. Expect to see the Xbox One S be available by the end of the year.
