Xbox Game Pass Ultimate’s Game Streaming Services Launches September 15 In 22 Countries

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate gives you access to 100+ games to download and play on Xbox, PC and now stream from an Android phone or tablet. Cloud gaming, as Xbox is referring to it now, will be in beta when it launches, and is added free on top of all existing Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

The 22 countries that can use cloud gaming on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate are as follows:

  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Canada
  • Czech Republic
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Hungary
  • Ireland
  • Italy
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • Poland
  • Portugal
  • Slovakia
  • Spain
  • South Korea
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

Unsurprisingly, Southeast Asia is not present here. Given our level of internet access, it’s understandable.

Xbox will be partnering with the likes of Razer, PowerA, 8BitDo, and Nacon to create more accessories for cloud gaming, including travel controllers that fits in the bag and Xbox-branded controllers that can split apart and attach on either side of the mobile device. You can also connect an Xbox One controller. Or even a PS4 DualShock 4 too.

Xbox Game Pass is a pretty good deal, but unfortunately isn’t officially supported in many countries. There is a workaround to get subscribing here.
