Nacon and KT Racing have announced that WRC 9 will arrive on PS5 on launch. That means November 12 in the US, Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand and November 19 for the rest of the world.
WRC 9 was one of the first titles to confirm that it’s coming to next-gen consoles.
WRC 9 supports free next-gen upgrade. If you already bought the PS4 version, you’ll get the PS5 version free. Note that for physical copies, you’ll need the PS5- not the PS5 Digital Edition which has no disc drive- to get your free upgrade.
Interestingly, if you buy the PS5 version of WRC 9, it will only give you the PS5 version. You can then get the PS4 version for free in this way.
