If you’ve been counting months for new content for Koei Tecmo and EA’s Monster Hunter-like hunting game Wild Hearts, good news. The update for July 2023 brings an all-new Kemono for you to track and hunt down.
The light-devouring Kemono named Tsukuyomi is now added, appearing at Fuyufusagi Fort. The flying Kemono absorbs light to attack, and during this period, it’s a good idea to plop a Pounder or Firework Karakuri to open up an opportunity to strike.
Tsukuyomi is highly resistant to physical attacks, so you’ll need to equip the right elemental weaponry to drop this Kemono.
On top of that, new Serial Hunts are added. These are a series of hunts you must do within a period of time, with no healing water wells refreshes in between. Rewards are forfeited if you fail any of the hunts, but you can end the serial hunt early to claim some of the rewards.
Wild Hearts is out now on PS5, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store, EA App) and Xbox Series X|S. Check out our review of Wild Hearts here.
