Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate is the enhanced version of Warriors Orochi 4- the all-stars Musou games featuring Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors and a few new guest characters.
If you love the almost-mindless onslaught that comes with this hectic action game, you’ll the new mode coming with the Ultimate release: Infinity Mode. This will see players take on trials of the 12 towers. Enemies get tougher each time, but you get to accumulate experience points, unlock characters, and strengthen weapons, just like in Story Mode.
New to Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate is the ability to essentially prestige, called promotion. Once you reach the level cap of rank 100, you can go back to rank 1. You can do this 10 times for each character, becoming even stronger than before each time.
Sacred treasures, which lets you do powerful magic attacks, are also not character-specific in Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate. You can now mix and match them to any character you like.
Warriors Orochi 4 Ultimate will be out on February 14th on the PS4, PC (via Steam), Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. It is available as a standalone title and as an add-on DLC for owners of Warriors Orochi 4.
