The Witcher 3 Director Leaves CD Projekt Red

The Witcher 3 game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz has left CD Projekt Red, a new Bloomberg report reveals.

This said to be a result of workplace bullying allegations, which Tomaszkiewicz denies. An internal investigation was launched into allegations of workplace bullying, and found him not guilty.

That said, he since confirmed to have left the company, saying that he was “sad, a bit disappointed and resigned”.

Tomaszkiewicz was also credited as the second director and head of production for Cyberpunk 2077, and was expected to hold a major role in the next Witcher game until his departure.

CD Projekt Red will continue to develop new Witcher and Cyberpunk games in tandem thanks to a new restructure, but it sure looks like there’s still some rough times ahead for the company.
