The New Huawei Nova 5T Is A Midrange Powerhouse, Out September 7

Huawei has unveiled their latest line in their Nova line of phones, the 5T.

L-R : Hazeman Huzir – Emcee, Matthew Ng – Deputy Country Director of Consumer Business Group HUAWEI Malaysia, Bill Liu – Country Director of Consumer Business Group HUAWEI Malaysia and Maggy Wang – Emcee.

One of the key features of the Nova 5T is the Five AI Cameras featured within the phone: 4 cameras behind and a impressive 32MP Front facing camera. The four behind comprised of the 48MP main camera,  a 16MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP macro camera and depth camera. Quite an ensemble there.

The nova 5T is housed in a 3D Holographic glass-designed slim body that weights at around 174 grams. Think of it as the Superleggera of smartphones, which comes in these colors, Midsummer Purple, Crush Blue and Black.

But what about performance, you say? Well, the Nova 5T will be powered by the Kirin 980 chipset, which complemented with  8GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM, making Games like PUBG Mobile breaking 60fps at times. It’ll also have for a Do-Not-Disturb mode for those not wanting people to bother them while gaming.

Compared to my hand, this thing is tiny.

So with all this new stuff, you’ll be surprise that the price for this phone is at RM 1,599. It makes the Nova 5T the most powerful mid-range phone in the the market and will release on September 7th.

Pre-orders will start from August 29 on Huawei’s Online Official Store.
