Ubisoft has announced in a recent Showcase that both of their current racing titles, The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest will be getting an Offline Mode in the coming months, sparing their fates from it’s predecessor, 2014’s The Crew, whose servers closed down back in April, rendering it unplayable.
Having an offline mode does ensures that when the game does gets delisted, as many racing game will due to the nature of licensing and such, it will be playable still for those who own it, just like how previous Forza Horizon titles do it, or even the recent final Gran Turismo Sport update that enable offline mode for that game.
And further more, The Crew 2 is also on sale right on all platforms for the low price of 1 Dollar (3.15 MYR), so get it and enjoy one of the biggest maps in racing games, perhaps forever now when that offline mode drops in the future.
