The 18 characters that make up the launch roster of fighting game Street Fighter 6 will be getting new outfits.
Outfit 3 are a bit more out there in terms of design, but are there to further express more character.
Some are rather expected- Luke gets his Street Fighter V outfit for Outfit 3, and Blanka dons the Blanka-chan mascot attire, though Blanka-chan is dressed more like Outfit 1 Blanka rather than the SFV depiction.
Some outfits have been hinted in World Tour mode, the game’s story mode, should you get to know the masters closer. Ryu’s casual outfit and Marissa’s wedding dress should come to know surprise.
It’s also interesting to see that some of these outfits change the characters’ hairstyle too. Guile’s ponytail, Kimberly’s unbraided curly hair, and Juri’s “hair-spikes” poking out of her onesie that strategically isn’t zipped properly are some standouts.
Outfit 3 for the 18 base game characters of Street Fighter 6 will launch on on December 1.
The Year 1 characters- the 4 DLC characters which are Rashid, A.K.I., Ed and Akuma- will be getting Outfit 3 as well, but only once Akuma is released later in 2024.
