Volition has announced their marquee franchise title, Saints Row, is coming back in a full reboot featuring a new cast and setting during Gamescom’s Opening Night.
The reboot takes place in a new city within the American South West called Santo Ileso and sees you building up The Saints block by block in a war with other gangs, just like the previous games.
Volition promises this to be the biggest sandbox that they have made, with your player character, The Boss, getting the most extensive character customization ever so there’s something to get excited about.
Reception has been mixed so far but we shall see how this games plays and looks when it launches for the PlayStation, Xbox consoles along with PC via Epic on 25 February next year.
