Stellar Blade, Shift Up’s debut console game, made an appearance at the September 2024 State Of Play broadcast. Looks like there’s still new content coming to the action-soulslike-ish game.
A photo mode will be available. The features here includes the usual different poses, filters and borders, but also the ability to add custom light source.
A Stellar Blade X Nier Automata collaboration is teased, as we briefly see Eve donning 2B’s getup. How much Stellar Blade is inspired by Yoko Taro, PlatinumGames and Square Enix’s seminal work has been greatly documented, so this collab is inevitable.
What exactly does this collab entails- is it just the costumes- remains to be seen. But if it is just the 2B costume, at least this will be one more hairstyle for Eve that ditches the mandatory ponytail.
