What’s up with Outriders these days? Developers People Can Fly is still patching the looter-shooter up after its rough launch and this latest update brings buffs to all four classes.
The buffs improve the gear mods that bring extra bonuses to the existing skills. There are also base cooldown reductions for a lot of skills.
Also, armor mods are in general much more stronger than before, with increases in their bonus value.

Outriders have also added an anti-duplication system that encourages drops of new, unearned Legendary gear instead of getting dupes of the gear you already have in a previous update.
