New Spyro Reignited Trilogy Patch Adds Full Subtitles And Motion Blur Toggle

Accessibility rules

Spyro Reignited Trilogy just got a patch released today. And it finally adds some much-needed accessibility options. First off is subtitles. Not all cinematics in the three remastered games are fully subtitled, the latter two of three games do have text boxes but not full subtitles. Now, we finally got them.

In addition, you can turn off motion blur as well.

It’s always applaudable to see more accessibility options added. Though this was more of a response to players calling out the lack of subtitles in the first place- and the bad response by Activision and Toys For Bob. It’s totally okay to not be perfectly faithful to the original game if it means more players can play it thanks to subtitles and motion blur off.

You can check out our review of Spyro Reignited Trilogy here. We reckoned the 3D platformer has aged pretty well.
