Logitech announced two new peripherals for gamers, because both focuses on the power of its RGB lighting. It’s not your usual RGB lighting however, it will sync and change colours based on what’s happening in your games.
The Logitech G560 PC gaming speaker and G512 mechanical gaming keyboard features what they are calling “Lightsync”, which enables the switch of colours based on specific triggers or to follow certain UI cues. 300 games, from Asetto Corsa to The Division, have profiles that will utilise this feature, bringing the gaming experience not just on the screen.
The G560 can be connected via Bluetooth, a 3.5mm jack or USB (which you need for the lights to be lit up), features a 3D soundscape via DTS:X Ultra that also offers 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound. Outside of gaming, the Lightsync will work on syncing with the beat of what songs it is currently playing. Pricing starts at RM999.
The G512 keyboard comes in two variety of Logitech’s proprietary Romer-G switches (Linear for smooth keystrokes and Tactile for more clicky goodness) and features a USB passthrough port. Pricing starts at RM579.
