After making Lego Horizon Adventures, where the developers made the models with real Lego pieces before producing them in-game, it would be silly if Lego and PlayStation aren’t teaming up to sell new Lego Horizon sets. So of course, a new Lego set is bound to happen.
And it’s finally announced. The new set, called Lego Horizon Adventures Aloy & Varl vs. Shell-Walker & Sawtooth (set 77037), will contain 768 pieces.
Two minifigs are included, Aloy and Varl, and two of the major builds for the set is for the robo-animals, the crab-like Shell-Walker and the big cat Sawtooth. The Shell-Walker and Sawtooth has articulation, with the Shell-Walker’s cargo pod being fully detachable (like in the Horizon games and the Lego Horizon game), and Sawtooth having articulated jaws, neck, head, torso and legs.
There are other two smaller terrain builds, one is a small patch of the iconic tall grass.
Also, this Lego Aloy minifig has a few differences from the original Lego Aloy from set 76989. She has a different bow, this one matches more of what’s seen in the Lego game, and she has a cheerful smile this time, to match her more upbeat composure in Lego Horizon Adventures. Her alternate face still has a smirk, though not the exact expression included in the first minifig.

No local price point has been revealed yet, the product page isn’t live yet in Malaysia, but it will be priced at $44.99 USD in the US and will be available on March 1, 2025.
With so many minifig designs and new brick-built robo-animals in Lego Horizon Adventures, expect more to come. Lego Thunderjaw and Corruptor should be cool figures to build, display and maybe even play with.
