Dirt 5, probably the only next-gen racing game on launch, has showed another new tidbit of gameplay. This time showcasing gameplay based on Xbox Series S.
Yes, that’s S, the cheaper one designed for 1440p gaming. This would be one of our first look of how the most affordable (and least powerful) of the next-gen console stack up.
In short, it looks fine. There’s no way to compare it with the bigger boi Xbox Series X right now, and maybe it’s intentional. It’s hard to say if this would look like a current-gen or a next-gen title at first glance.
That said, the footage still looks good in general. This is a Path Finder race where you drive the rock bouncer around the dirt paths of Italy.
Dirt 5 will launch on November 6 for PS4, PC and Xbox One, and will be a launch title for Xbox Series X|S on November 10, and also coming to PS5.
