Forza Horizon 5 February 2022 Patch Brings A Lot Of Fixes And Editable EventLab

A much-needed new game patch for Forza Horizon 5 just arrived ahead of the start of Series 4. The patch addresses a bunch of currently known issues, including a big one for creators that have been messing around with the new Eventlab event creation tool.

With this patch, all created routes, and EventLab events, are now editable after you save them. Instead of having to finish your creation in one sitting, you can edit them and publish them later.

Some cars have their skill mastery reset to fix exploits. All skill points from cars affected by this will be refunded.

The patch also continues to address the online issues this racing game is facing. Fixes for server stability and bandwidth optimisation has been implemented to improve online gameplay reliability.

There are also performance fixes on PC, addressing distance texture quality and foliage quality when running on Ultra settings, plus other stability, memory and performance fixes.

Series 4, which will introduce Chinese car manufacturers for the first time in Forza, will start tomorrow. The patch also adds voiceovers in Simplified Chinese.
