Now this is interesting. Fortnite developers,Epic Games, has announced that they are teaming up with Marvel Studios to bring in the Mad Titan Thanos into the Massively popular Battle Royale game, along with his favorite tool of the trade, The Infinity Gauntlet.
The mode which Thanos will be in is titled, “Infinity Gauntlet Limited Time Mashup”, which sees the game play out as normal but scattered around the island will be the Infinity Stones. Any player who gets all of them will have the power like Thanos did in Infinity Wars. Fingersnapping emote anyone?
How this limited time mode came to be is due to the directors of the movie, Joe and Anthony Russo, being big fans of the game and it’s quite a no-brainer for them to promote their movie within the most popular game in the world.
The “Infinity Gauntlet” mode will be available for free across all Fortnite platforms (PS4, Xbox, PC, and iOS) tomorrow!
