At a recent Momocon stream event, Suda51 and his team at Grasshopper Manufacture has announced that they are working together with NIS America on remastering Killer7 for PC.
The game sees players controlling the 7 killer Smiths as ‘they hunt down the sinister Kun Lan, to stop his plan of world dominance, and end his organization of deadly suicide bombers known as ‘Heaven Smile.’
The remaster promises high-definition graphics within “Modern Standard” and is expected to release this Fall (probably around August until October).
This game was famed for it’s handle of interesting topics and rose Suda’s status as an interesting director but the only worrying factor is the recent NIS America ports has been quite lackluster, so hopefully the remaster team can do this game justice.
