The Nintendo Switch continues to be the home of great indie games, and last year’s boss rush action game Furi will be coming to the portable console.
Furi is part character action, part twin-stick shooter focused on just the boss battles. It also has a strong aesthetic with Afro Samurai artist Takashi Okazaki responsible for the character designs and an strong selection of electronica music. It’s 2016’s Cuphead, in a way.
No firm release date yet, but Furi will be available on the Switch in early 2018. It will include all the latest updates and one boss that was released as DLC previously.
In the meantime, check out our review when the game first released as a free PS4 game for PS Plus subscribers.
