With the launch of the console edition coming in less than a week, the developers of Assetto Corsa Competizione, Kunos Simulations held a live presentation about the upcoming game to talk it’s experience working with professional drivers to make this game and it’s coming new edition.
Davide Brivio, the studio’s producer and game design director, reveal that nothing in the physics or audio has been change for the console version and they focused on the graphics side.
The game will run on 30fps for all consoles regardless of the console’s model, with the PS4s running at 1080p and Xbox Ones at only 900p, with the total car count on track dropping from 50 on PC to 20.
Regardless, some gameplay footage by GTPlanet looks quite good from the offset so maybe this isn’t bad news for this game on launch.
Assetto Corsa Competizione will launch for the PS4 and Xbox One this June 23.
