Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Leaked, Now Confirmed For E3 Appearance

It's time to jump up in th- wait, wrong game

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey has been announced by Ubisoft by the Assassin’s Creed Twitter account. This is hours after a merchandise related to the title has leaked. French gaming site JeuxVideo posted the image, which had the title of the game.

Ubisoft only confirmed the title and teased a bit of in-game footage of someone getting the good-old Spartan Kick, with more to come at E3.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is rumoured to set in Greece, following last year’s Assassin’s Creed Origins that was set in Ancient Egypt. The specific time it is still debatable. Ancient Egypt, which is when the order of Assassins in this game started, took place hundreds of years after the ancient Greeks were a prominent name where works such as the Odyssey was made. Hence, the subtitle, which has no relation to Super Mario Odyssey, obviously.

That question, alongside other details surrounding Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, should be answered at E3 in the next few weeks.
