SCS Software has released a new experimental branch (or Public Testing Build) for American Truck Simulator that adds in synchronized Multiplayer for players who want to Convoy with friends.
This sees 8 players travel the roads together, with the ability to speak to each other via CB Radio and can take the same jobs together. All with the traffic, weather, and time sync together within each other.
This is good news for those wanting to experience the Multiplayer aspect of Truck Simulator with its now build-in, but it still isn’t as versatile as in TruckerMP just yet. Hopefully, more updates could make the SCS version better.
